ZETTA

San Francisco, CA

Hotel Zetta in the South of Market (SOMA) district is now a vibrant destination designed to appeal to the area’s tech-savvy clientele. Led by Stanton Architecture, the renovation includes a full redesign of the 8-story hotel’s public spaces as well as minor exterior enhancements to the first and second floors. In collaboration with Dawson Design Associates, Stanton revamped the lobby bar and entrance canopy, and modernized the second-floor meeting rooms. The hotel’s restaurant was rebuilt and rebranded as The Cavalier, a top downtown dining destination.

The architectural team added long-term value to the property by reconfiguring under-utilized space to create eight new guestrooms without altering the building footprint. This strategy maximized revenue potential while maintaining the hotel’s modern aesthetic.
