VILLA FLORENCE

San Francisco, CA

Stanton Architecture was instrumental in renovating the boutique Villa Florence Hotel, in San Francisco's historic KMMS District, for a more vibrant and modern taste. A 1908 landmark, the hotel now features 189 redesigned guestrooms and three private meeting spaces. Critical to a refreshed street presence, Stanton also converted the former ground floor restaurant space for commercial retail use along one of the city’s busiest tourist corridors.
