Sonoma, CA
Located in the center of Sonoma’s wine country, near the plaza square, this renovation and vast property improvement plan transformed an aging lodge into a modern, upscale retreat. Now a part of the Autograph hotel collection, the Lodge offers a revitalized guest experience with enhanced indoor and outdoor spaces inspired by the surrounding natural landscape. Stanton Architecture’s work includes redesigned public areas, new trellises, communal fire pits, updated interiors, an improved food and beverage program, and a refreshed pool area featuring a striking Oak Leaf sculpture. The existing cottage guest rooms feature new private patios with outdoor fireplaces and luxurious tubs, providing for a sheltered and decadent escape.
