THE CAVALIER

San Francisco, CA

At the ground floor of Hotel Zetta, The Cavalier is a sophisticated British brasserie and premier addition to the Big Night Restaurant Group’s portfolio. The 135-seat restaurant is thoughtfully divided into four unique areas: the chic Blue Bar, the classic Main Dining Room, the cozy Wine Stables, and the elegant Rail Car.

Architectural scope entailed several key enhancements. The addition of a speakeasy-style back room offers an exclusive and intimate space for private gatherings and events. Upgrades to the kitchen layout improve efficiency while the original configuration is maintained for operational flow. The overall design seamlessly integrates the restaurant within Hotel Zetta, ensuring smooth transitions between dining areas and egress routes while refining the guest experience.
