The Hyatt Place at 701 3rd Street is a 230-guestroom, 120,000 square-foot, full-service hotel located near Oracle Park in San Francisco. Stanton Architecture’s LEED Platinum project includes a vegetated roof, grey water system, and highly sustainable mechanical systems. A public courtyard at the ground level, and private roof decks for hotel guests allow for indoor/outdoor gathering along this otherwise dense urban corridor.
