San Francisco, CA

The Hotel Spero renovation included the complete overhaul of 236 guestrooms and key public spaces, with the most notable update being the transformation of the historic hotel lobby. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the lobby preserves the hotel’s original hand-painted frescoes and beautifully restored marble floors, blending classic charm with modern touches. Stanton Architecture ensured that the design respected the building’s rich history while introducing a fresh, contemporary interior that enhances the guest experience. The thoughtful renovation of both the guestrooms and public spaces makes Hotel Spero a sophisticated and welcoming destination in San Francisco.
