Listed on the National Register, Hotel Spero was overhauled for ongoing enjoyment of its 236 guestrooms and key public spaces, most notably the Spanish Colonial Revival lobby. The refreshed lobby preserves the hotel’s original hand-painted frescoes and beautifully restored marble floors, while the streetwall’s new paint, signage, and shade structures complement the Renaissance facade and Art Deco accents.
