San Francisco, CA

960 Harrison Street is a five-story residential building in San Francisco’s SoMa district that comprises four levels of wood-frame construction over a concrete and steel podium. Positioned on a compact 25-by-80-foot urban infill lot with properties on three sides, the project maximizes light and city views through open-concept living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. Interior finishes pair light quartz counters and tile with dark wood cabinetry and integrated appliances.
