777 Industrial has transformed a former automobile showroom into a state-of-the-art, four-story, 165,000-square-foot laboratory and office building in San Carlos, California. The project preserved the original ground-floor parking and level 2 slab while introducing a two-level vertical addition and a sleek, modern facade.

A centerpiece of the completed project is the expansive five-story open atrium along the north facade, creating a striking entrance and flooding the interior with natural light. The rooftop deck offers sweeping views of the coastal hills, providing an inviting space for relaxation or collaboration. Additionally, a five-story car stacker efficiently meets the site’s parking needs.
