Stanton Architecture transformed an existing manufacturing and office facility into a modern, adaptable space tailored to the evolving production needs of the city and neighborhood. The renovation introduced versatile manufacturing areas and contemporary office spaces, supporting dynamic workflows and future growth.

Key architectural improvements included optimizing the building layout with a reconfigured circulation core featuring a new elevator and two egress stairs, creating a welcoming building lobby, and adding a mezzanine level with shower and restroom amenities. Interior finishes were upgraded to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic, while the ground floor was reconfigured to streamline parking and loading zones, enhancing tenant accessibility and operational efficiency.
