Stanton Architecture transformed an existing manufacturing and office facility into an adaptable space tailored to the evolving production needs of the city and neighborhood. The renovation introduces versatile manufacturing areas and contemporary offices that support dynamic workflows and future growth.

Key architectural improvements include an optimized building layout and a reconfigured circulation core featuring an elevator and two egress stairs. At the ground level, parking and loading were redesigned to improve tenant accessibility and operational efficiency. Inside, the project adds a welcoming lobby, a new mezzanine level, and updated shower and restroom facilities, while upgraded interior finishes complete the building’s clean, modern refresh.
