345 4TH STREET

San Francisco, CA

345 4th Street is a new office building in San Francisco’s SoMa district. The project will host 50,000 square feet of office space atop grade level retail with ample street frontage. The project includes plenty of outdoor space dispersed between a grade level passageway, office-level balconies, and a roof terrace that allows for dramatic views of the downtown skyline. The project’s sustainable features include exterior sunshades, a photovoltaic canopy, and a vegetated roof.
