San Francisco, CA

Stanton Architecture proposes a vertical addition to this historic red-brick building, once home to the Inglenook Vineyard Agency, and a stone’s throw from Oracle Park stadium. The addition creates an office building with ground floor retail. The design also reclaims an existing surface parking lot on the north side of the property for an additional five-level office structure. Due to the status of 130 Townsend as a historic SoMa resource, the proposed design honors and incorporates the street-facing facades of the existing structure.
