Stanton Architecture completed the renovation and rebranding of the Hotel Milano into the Hotel Zetta in 2013. Located in San Francisco’s South of Market district, this hotel has been renovated to reflect the tech-savvy clientele that flock to this area. Our work included the interior of the public spaces and minor exterior upgrades on the first and second floors of this eight-story building in the heart of downtown. In conjunction with Dawson Design Associates, we rebuilt the lobby bar, the entrance canopy and the meeting rooms on the second floor. Our team also rebuilt the hotel restaurant, rebranded as The Cavalier Restaurant, which has been named one of San Francisco’s best new dining spots. Equally as important in this renovation were upgrades in line with ADA guidelines, water-efficient plumbing and hotel kitchen upgrades.
