Stanton Architecture master planned San Francisco's Brotherhood Way Residential Community. The master plan consisted of 182 family homes in two and three-story wood frame buildings over garages on a 7.7 acre site. The project includes 60 single-family homes and 62 two-unit buildings ranging from 1,045 to 6,407 square feet. Closely following the existing contours of the hillside, the homes terrace up from Brotherhood Way. Ample sidewalks, frequent street trees, custom street lighting, and varied paving surfaces provide an inviting and comfortable pedestrian milieu.
